Masiela Lusha Biography
Masiela Lusha (born October 23, 1985, in Tirana, Albania) is an actress. Her family moved to the United States when she was seven.
At the age of twelve she published a book of her poetry written in both Albanian and English. She became an actress and plays Carmen on the ABC George Lopez sitcom.
She's also appeared in the films Summoning and Cherry Bomb.
Many of the fans are mistaken that she's Hispanic.
Masiela Lusha was born on October 23, 1985 to parents Max and Daniela. When she was seven years old she moved to Michigan, then, a few years later she moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue acting. At the age of 12 she was the youngest author in the world to publish a book in two languages. The poetry book was "Inner Thoughts" for which she also designed the cover. She is currently known for her role on the ABC show "George Lopez" in which she plays Carmen Lopez, the daughter. In summer of 2000, Masiela wrote a script 'The Group' with 147 pages for a feature film, which is being welcomed in Hollywood in some of the biggest studios. After that, she wrote another script: 'Starla'.
She finished an animation (13 episodes): 'Pixies' which is in pre production. The main characters are two young, beautiful fairies, who take on amazing adventures. She wrote another pilot screenplay currently 'Untitled', and is being considered by Mr. Aaron Spelling himself. She has appeared in many films, including student, short, independent; feature, TV, commercials, music videos, modeling and print work with Ben Affleck. Her movie: 'My Father's Eulogy' will air next summer. Last month Masiela finished another feature independent _Cherry Bomb (2002)_ . She graduated from High School at age 15 and is now taking classes at Glendale College to get the right preparation for UCLA - she is already accepted; where she wants to major in English, but her passion is acting.
