Once they pull up to the house, Latrell's car is once again blue. When Agent Vincent Gomez and Agent Jake Harper are searching the room fake Wilson sister's (Markus and Kevin's) room they find the "Wilson sister masks." They should only find one mask because Marcus is on a date with Latrell Spencer.

However, the car Kevin borrows to take Denise out is actually an Aston Martin.During the dance scene when Latrelle puts pills in the martini, in the first shot he drinks it all, in the next shot its halfway done and in the next shot it's empty again. The time of year is summer time, Labor day to be exact. You can see through the peep hole that there's a copy of "Cosmopolitan" on the top. When they enter the hotel room, it's now an issue of "Self".When the saleslady is helping Tiffany in the dressing room, Tiffany's hair moves from inside her collar to out to back in again. When Kevin first goes to the door. He has on light blue house shoes. At the Hampton reception party, Marcus rushes to the bathroom after eating a dairy product. When he is the stall, his underwear is beige but when Marcus and Kevin go shopping with Karen, Torrie and Lisa, Karen pulls Marcus's underwear up and reveals that it is blue.

In the scene at the hotel when the strippers arrive at the Wilson's door, you can see that Kevin (disguised as Tiffany) is wearing a tan colored pair of slippers. After the action sequence (in which he "protects" himself from the could-be abductors) the camera reveals he is now wearing a blue pair. When the thief is being chased down the sidewalk, the agent chasing him is wearing white pantyhose and no shoes. But in one of the shots, the agent can be seen wearing white running shoes with black soles. When the stripper lands on the table, all four of the legs are broken, but in later shots at least two of the legs are still intact.

During the struggle with the two strippers a lamp can be seen on the table against the wall. But when the stripper is thrown onto the table the lamp is gone. The next shot shows the lamp still missing and an empty electrical outlet, but later the lamp is back and plugged in.When Kevin and Marcus have just beaten up the real ice cream deliverers, they pull off their fake chest hair. In the next shot, the chest hair is back, then in the next shot it is gone again. In the beginning of the movie when they are in the store, Marlon is behind the counter and he takes a "brush" out of his pocket and brushes his hair with it. In White Chicks, the two agents refer to their commander as "Chief", although the FBI does not use this term. The real person in charge would be a SAC, or Special Agent in Charge.

When all the 5 girls seem to drive in a BMW E46, they are actually the BMW E46 and E30. In the widescreen angles and inside it is the E30. But when a girl presses a button to change the radio, its an E46, and when the girl in front is filmed it is an E30.

Even though the Wayans brothers have the last name Copeland, the film never mentions their characters being brothers.

Baby, the dog that belongs to Brittany Wilson (Maitland Ward), is held by Marcus Copeland (Marlon Wayans), who is disguised as Tiffany Wilson (Anne Dudek). The character of Kevin Copeland (Shawn Wayans) should have carried Baby.
