The baby in the beginning that is suppose to be 'Will Farrell' 's character is actually a girl.Many of the names on the kids' jerseys are those of crew members, such as Apatow (two producers) and Watson (assistant director).

The child who attacks Will Ferrell during the last soccer game has the name "Apatow" on the back of his jersey. This is the last name of the executive producer and frequent Will Ferrell collaborator, Judd Apatow.
